The 550's go through motors like cops through donuts. Aprilia claims the 08 motors have finally been sorted out. Hope their right.

This is just a brief "birth announcement:" My husband (Portchelanman) traded in his Moto Guzzi Coppa Italia for a 2008 Capo Nord at the outstanding Moto International in Seattle. I was more or less along for the ride over from north central Washington -- that is, until I test rode a 2008 SL750 Shiver and crowed "wrap it up!" I traded in my well-ridden and well-loved Honda Hornet without a backward glance and am looking forward to a torrid affair with my Italian,  Wink as well as finding suitable touring gear to kit her out.

Nice work Weaselette!  But this announcement deserves its own thread and of course some juicy pics.   Bigok
