From Kara:

Allen,

We can provide your group with a BBQ here at the motel.  We do smoked pork and chicken with potato and macironi salads, relish tray(pickles, olives, etc) baked beans, rolls, cobbler and ice cream, tea and coffee.  We can do that here for $20.00 per person, which includes The Chalet in the Pines meeting room, meal, tax and tip.  If you want other beverages I would be glad to arrange for that at an additional cost.

Let me know.

Thanks,
Kara White

I'm down with that.  It's a little more than us all goin' downtown for BBQ, but on the plus side we can BYOB and not worry about having to ride back with a drink in the system.

It's gonna take a little while to get a head count, but this seems like the best option.  Whaddaya say, people?

I know we were originally saying Tuesday, but if we could do Wednesday, Tuesday late arrivals won't have to worry about missing the food.  Thumbsup

Fat Tire will be all I drink up there. I will take home as much as I can fit in and strap on my bike.

BBQ is good though and if I leave early and go straight there I might be able to make it for dinner on wed.

I can eat BBQ both nights, but if they can do BBQ one night can they do another meal the next night.
To make it simple I will eat BBQ either night, so count me in for whichever!

Agreed.

Sorry Stef.  We're gonna stick with tradition this time, and keep it on Tuesday.

Besides, if there are any leftovers, it's easier to consume them Wednesday.  Bigok

Anyway, the fee is $20 per person, all in.  I don't think there's any other fee needed for registration, as the shirts will soon be up on the Desteenation site.  (They look pretty good, by the way.   You'd hardly ever believe they were designed by a classroom of special education 2nd graders on a Mac IIc)

Since we haven't come up with any other need for meet fees, and due to the fees Paypal will be charging me, the Official Registration Fee for the 2008 Sport-touring.net National Meet is $20.88.  Paypal address is nationalmeet2008@yahoo.com

Please include name, ST.N name, and names of any other people you're payin' for.
