Personally I have no desire for a cruiser of any kind. So, yeah I would trade in a heartbeat.
If you are looking for a sport-tourer and want to trade then go for it.
To each his/her own.

I assume you're trying to figure out if its a good deal. What year is the VTX, how many miles on it, and any mods to it?
