Just be glad you are not a Leaf fan. Canucks 6 Griefs 1

Canucks finally have a goalie.

I was a Leaf fan from 1966 - 1983. After the Sittler, McDonald era ended ... I gave up.

Punch Imlach can go fuck himself. Actually, come to think of it ... given his behaviour those years ... he did.

Hope you enjoyed Hockey Day in Canada. I did. I thought it was a great show from Nelson and hopefully you saw a bunch of what is so interesting and very appealing about this area of our great country. Hell, only been here a year and it made me feel proud ... sniff.  Smile

Which also means Calgary won!  woohoo!   They've been trading home-ice wins so all you have to do is wait until the red-scourge comes to visit the city of mushrooms once again... then you have a chance of beating the red hot Flames.  Razz

You need more than a Goalie, and the Rumor is in Edmonchuck that we are getting Kaberle.

The rumour here is that Ferguson is going to do Sundin a favour and pull a Ray Bourque. I sure hope Mats wins a cup somewhere. He has more than paid his dues.

I have no sympathy for the Leafs organization - They make millions upon millions from the dumbed down masses called Leaf fans - or stolen title of Leaf Nation- ( Raider nation)
The Leaf fan will blindly buy paraphernalia and over priced tickets, continue to cheer and hope
that yet again this will be "our " year. Yet the Leafs year after year ( 40 and counting) continue to wallow in mediocrity. "It's all about the money boys!" The teachers need to keep that pension phatt.

Sundin- A floater and an opportunist, but I hope he gets his trade. The Leafs do owe him that much for carrying the team to no where all these years.
