But you miss the essential point here - I had an opportunity to poke fun at a Canadian. I seldom get such a chance, and I wasn't about to pass it up.
Gotcha! I do the same and make fun of American beer (aka water) all the time.

And I can get to Ontario just fine with a minimal amount of interstate.
Maybe. Maybe not. After all, they have to let you in and it's possible some border folks know about your attitude toward Tim Horton's.

Imagine riding around the world which included some 3rd world countries (remember Long Way Round) only to get rear ended at high speed on the highway...where else but in Alberta. Hmmm, what does that tell you?
Lets not forget the other close call in Calgary while Ewan and Charley were driving through.

Hey.... Hey.... you guys!
Play nice.
Maintenance on the bike, snow and time are usually the only reasons my bike is on the trailer.
After riding across South Dakota on I 90 and across I 80 in Nebraska last week I can see why he would want to trailer.
How many ways can you say boring

LOL.... I'm far too familiar with I-90 across SD. Where else can you burn an entire tank of fuel and not ride a single curve!!
