One thing I gotta ask.  If it's so much fun, why so few miles on the clock?

That said, I'd hit it.  Smile

I don't think anyone is, at that price.

Without the factory panniers, it's about a four grand bike as far as the market is concerned.  People generally buy Sprints to put miles on them, not to display them.

If it's just for the raw power, you can pick up nice used 'busas, XX's or Kawi 14's that are actually designed to use that power for about what his starting bid is going for.  And no worries about grenading the engine with a 10 PSI turbo on a high compression motor.

It is a beauty!! but I would not give that much for it.  Maybe I could just take it for a test ride. Lol

I've thought about the turbo kit a few times as well, but I just can't justify the cost.  It would cost about $7k to put on the bike, and as we all saw, there's still no resale value...  If it wasn't so damn expensive, I'd do it, though.

There is a red one that runs around town here. He has the panniers on it and a touring screen. A real sleeper. The only thing that gives it away is the turbo boost gauge on the dash.  EEK!  Pretty cool!

Superclean, well done install.

Example of what happens when someone invests in building thier dream bike, and takes the time to do it, but in the aftermarket, it just doesn't have the value.

But I sure would love to ride it.

The owner of Echo Cycle here in town has a habit doing the same thing.  I've seen his turbo Sprint,  next on the list is supposed to be a Turbo Rocket.  Crazy
