I will be in Scottsdale Arizona from jan25th to the 29th. I need any ideas on the best place to rent a sport-touring bike, best routes to travel and weather conditions at this time of the year

I can't give you any advice on rentals since I have never rented one. I have found good ride informattion at http://www.motorcycleroads.us/az.html and http://www.2az.us/motorcycle.html. I updated that first URL, must have been a clipboard error.  Crazy

http://www.azride.com/  They've even got a thread with rides to do. You can also try http://www.sonoranmotorcycles.com/?src=overture  They both seem to be the only places with sport-touring bikes that are now H.D.

Well thanks for the responses
I just made my reservation for a wee strom with side cases, It will give me an oppertunity to tackle some fire road and extend my exploration. I just hopes the weather cooperate so i canfully utilize the bike  for that period
Price is great too!
