I know this is last minute and all but one of the local Big 4 dealers is hosting a track day on the big track at Willow Springs. This is a Friday and all but a hundred bucks is a great deal. Miles, BMW-K, and I are all signed up as of yesterday and the sign up roster seemed pretty empty if I was reading it correctly. That means that there will be plenty of opportunity to ride for your money on a great track.

House of motorcycles is the dealer (google it) and I think that Take It To The Track is the provider. It would definitely be cool to get some more STNers out there!

Dammit, you were supposed to all sign up for the Buell day in November!

I'll see if I can get the time off.  Ken, I have two bikes you can borrow - c'mon, you need a day off.

I emailed the contact and never got a response.  Now I'm going to be travelling to DC that day, so it's moot.

Ken, remember the offer.  You should go with me to the Buell day in November.

...so I just got off the phone with BMW-K and Atyp, seems that they each have thier own version of the stories, Robert saying that James is holding him up, blocking all of his passing attempts, and James saying that Robert is passing the guys on the Gixxers in the big turn.

Stay tuned for more updates.....

Pic of BMW-K's (Robert) tire:

No wonder Atyp can't keep up!

Atyp (James) burried a Cyl Head in Turn 2 trying to keep up with BMW-K (Robert)

And he still couldn't!

Just goes to prove that Nemo can't even keep up with a German Tug Boat.

Robert, next time this should be you, so that James has a chance...

And for those of you that have never met Robert, here he is in Florida, just after finishing his 50cc, explaining how he dealt with his nuts during that ride...
