Is this a decent lift or are there better alternatives?

My beloved Handy Industries wheel stands are incompatible with my new bike, so I need something else to sit it on when I lube the chain or pulls the wheels to mount new rubber. I was thinking a lift.
I saw this:
http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_00950191000P?mv=rr
as about the least expensive lift that has more positive comments than negative.
$180 + tax. They have $120 and $140 lifts, but they seem to fail within a year or so.
Any comments?
I wouldn't mind a true dirt bike stand, but most of them are taller than the bike, and I have no idea how to put a near 300 pound bike on a fixed stand.

How about the motorcycle lifts from Harbor Freight? Check them out,
I am sure Harbor Freight will have a sale on these items for Labor Day.

I've been using the Sears Craftsman $120 one, which I got on sale for something like $79 for almost 8 years and it still works like a charm to this day.

I have this for my dirt bike.
http://www.pitposse.com/poscli.html
To put it on all I do is lift up the front wheel and get the frame onto the stand. Then I move it around on top to the perfect position. Then I use the j-bolts to secure the foot pegs down and now I can lift the thing way higher than I need to work on it.

Harbor Freight IS the same lift as the Craftsman, near as I can tell.

I took your advice. It will be delivered to the local store in about a week.

I was given the same lift (design) for Christmas a couple of years ago and it sat unused till I got my KLR. The box showed a big cruiser with absolutely no obstructions under it (and no center stand, either). There was practically no way it would lift my Bandit unless I did some elaborate blocking. And then it was pretty iffy. The KLR? No problem. The John Deer with the mower bed removed? No problem.

The way the rails on the life are, if they do not hit your frame right you need to use some 2x4 running across the lifts rails. This is what I do with the KLX and it works fine. For the ZRX I had, I used 4 4x4 blocks to allow the bikes from to touch the lifts rails because the exhaust was in the way. Once the bike is up, strap it down to the lift with the included straps and it isn't going anywhere!
