We just arrived home this afternoon from nearly 5000km of HOT riding through BC, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Washington, BC & (due to the fact that we live here, dammit) windy Alberta.  We are sooooo not ready for fall...!

Just had a weekend out riding in the Rockies....damn was it cold on Sunday (about 2 degrees C I think).  Unbelievably cold for August. There is fresh snow in the mountains, and the Fall Colours have started to appear---in August.
Near Fernie there are yellow leaves falling off the trees already....

Time to start thinking of KCR 2010.  Anyone? Anyone?
