I'm thnking of getting one for the Tourricane. It's about the only one made for this application any longer. Just looking for opinions on performance and quality.

Had one on my wife's VF500f.  Not bad for the money.  WORLDS better than the stocker ever was.

It's not an Ohlins.  But bang for buck the Hagon is hard to beat.

And lo, he compromised with Atgmott, and verily she conceived, and did bear a son, Notgatt. And Notgatt roamed naked,  and did bequeath his skin to the roads. And he was a wild ass and an outcast,  and was hated through all the land. And his forehead was branded, and he did become a sign and a warning to all the people."   IBA

I had one on my 2000 Connie for 50k miles riding two up. It performed great, then took it off and sold it when I sold the Connie.

Had two of them on ST1300 last year or so. First one failed with 13K on it second one failed with 2K on it. First one supposedly had a leaky seal holder. The second was leaking where the remote pre-load adjuster connects to the shock body.

They gave me my money back without any complaints.

For the money I liked the shock, but I won't buy another one.

At least they took care of you. That's important a well. Sorry it didn't work out for you, but I really don't have any options for a different rear shock. There *might* be a real expensive custom Penske, or Ohlins but I'm not going to spend half the worth of the bike of on one shock.  EEK!

+1... And It's not like Wilbers/Ohlins/Penskes have never had problems. I have one on order form my Wee and am looking forward to the improvements.
