congrats,  Bigok
some of the most fun i've had on a motorcycle is exploring BC's backwoods on my XR650.You live in a beautiful part of BC to go exploring on a dual-sport www.dualsportbc.com has all sorts of great info about what's available in your area.
Don't ask me how i know Rolleyes  but if you're going to ride it offroad do yourself a favour and buy yourself a pair of decent MX boots.
i've owned both A*s tech 6 and 8's as well as Sidi's crossfires.the crossfires rule all the way

OK Bubba,  now I'm motivated.

All I got to do is trailer the XL to your place and you've got an off road accomplice.

Let the farkling begin:  nerf bars, new handguards, bashplate...

Enjoy the KLR, they are marvelous bikes.

The farkling will begin in earnest this winter in preps for a sojourn to the true north big and huge.

I have a long list as this thing is totally stock. This week the license plate gets relocated.

What an easy bike to ride and it fits me fine, I can totally flat foot it with both feet.

I hope this isn't too personal a question, but hows your doohickey?

Mine is doing just fine thanks very much thanks to the medication. The KLR, on the other hand, needs to be replaced and will be shortly.
