That was me. Where are you getting your info? In their
brochure, it still says "not available in California".
AdvRider. The 2007 is CA certified. The dealers seem to be slow to be getting the news. It should be avaliable a little later this year (as a summer addition, around August).
However, consider this is second-hand information. As I think on it, the Kawasaki plant is just down the road in Lincoln, NE. I don't think they produce the KLX here though; mostly watercraft and ATVs. They do a couple of bikes (used to produce the Connie) but not sure what they produce these days.
