Memphis news today said that AR highway patrol will begin patrolling 2 lane highways with unmarked cars -- hidden lights and a seal only on the left side of the car. So that it's legal, they are required to pull up alongside you, show you the seal, make eye contact,
then drop behind you and flash lights.
So if you see a black Chevy Impala catching up to you,
stare straight ahead and they can't arrest you.

How the hell are they going to pull up next to you and show you the seal on the
left side of the car? Come racing up behind you and pull a bootlegger u-turn? Drive next to you in reverse? Maybe slide up on the shoulder, and hope there is no guardrail? Have a mirror that reflects the seal over the top of the car?
