FINAL INFORMATION!!!
April 1 has come and gone so
Registration Is now CLOSED
 
The National Meet has been scheduled
Chili
June 13Th
Presidents Resort
Custer, SD.
 
Plan to arrive on Tuesday the 12Th, spend Wednesday the 13th riding around beautiful South Dakota and then enjoy a group dinner on Wednesday night.
We now have 17 cabins, 5 motel rooms and 10 Camp sites reserved for us. If we need more rooms they have there sister motel that is two miles away for the late comers. Just call and talk to Patrick and tell him you are from STN, and he will set you up.
Large cabins: 10% off
Small cabins: 50% off
Motel room: standard
Camping: 30% off

Dinner can be prepared by Lynn's Dakotamart. If we go with Lynn's, it won't be a catered meal. Instead, they make up the food, put it in aluminum tins/pans and we take it wherever we want (like the Resort) to consume at our leisure. The menu listed for this type of dinner would be fried chicken, baked beans, potato salad and dinner rolls. Like I said, nothing fancy, but cheap. Dinner will be around 6pm - details to follow!!!

1.  I have reserved a cabin for the nights of the 12th & 13th.
2.  Money has been PayPaled to EJ for t-shirts.

New to the group and count me in.  I'll register in the next day or so.  I hope people plan to stay past Wednesday.  I've never been to this part of the country so I'd like to spend a few days there.

Instead of raising the registration price, EJ and I have discussed the option of members voluntarily paying more than the price listed. The left over funds will go to STN.  Its just an easier way of putting money into the coffers, even though STN won't officially see it until after the Meet and everything has been paid for Thumbsup
