Nice, wish I knew how to do my own!  I plan on fitting new tires this w/e, but I don't yet know when.  I may travel the grueling 1/2 mile to First Sunday, depending on how the w/e goes (I might be in MD).

I just back from a work trip in Idaho.  I'm taking tomorrow (Friday) off, but I have lots of stuff to catch up on, as well as preparing for ESTN next weekend (mostly cleaning and repacking the camping gear).  But, I should be ready to ride on Sunday!   Bigok

What are your travel plans to and from ESTN?

What are your travel plans to and from ESTN?

I don't think I can take any time off work that Friday, so it looks like I'll be leaving from NE Philly around 530pm.  I haven't worked out a route yet, but I'm pretty sure I'm gonna avoid the NJ Turnpike and I-87 in New York on a Friday evening.  It's only about 3-1/2 hours to run up 611 to 209 to Port Jervis (near Hawks Nest), and from there Route 6 goes east across Bear Mountain and over to I-87.  I-87 shouldn't be too bad north of there by the time I get that far (maybe 10pm).  My plan is to camp, but if I come up alone, I might just grab a hotel near Glens Falls, NY and go the rest of the way to Lake Placid on Saturday morning, and hit the campsite later in the afternoon.  If my buddy Todd comes along, we'll probably camp Friday night, but if I come alone, I'd rather not set up camp after midnight.   Crazy  If I can get out of work around noon, I can get past NYC area before the evening rush hour gets too bad.

Is there an area and time that everyone wants to meet at?  I only know Rincewind.

I'll be there around 9 - 9:30... I'll probably have PVS (Paulie) and Zeakers with me... if you guys send me a pm, I'll shoot you my phone # so we can all meet up...

If the usual gang wants to meet up, I plan on being at the wawa in Avondale and pulling out @ 8am...

Call my cell (PM). I may have a bed available in one of the rooms. Not sure yet. The guy with the knee surgery might have to pass... it's day by day at this point.

As far as Ephrata, you'll know when I know, likely 5 of 8am on Sunday.

This is shaping up to be a busy weekend.

I'm most likely heading up to Ephrata from Collegeville. If anyone in the area wants to join me, let me know.

I won't be making it this month.

No, there's not a set meeting time, but if you make one, people might show.
