No, it's the cheapest Samsung I could find. I don't remember what model. It's not the greatest technology, but it works. We're using it for our trip out west. I learned that I need to locktight the Ram ball threads to the bottom bracket!! It didn't come off but it was close!

My plan is to wrench this weekend, too.  For the VFR: re-mount the Givi M5 baseplate on the rear rack (I got one of those JC Whitney knock-off hard bags for the tail), front brake pads, oil/filter change, FVRness and new voltage regulator, and Holeshot slip-on.  And I need to get the Bandit running again: new spark plugs, clean the carbs, charge the battery, and new D&D full exhaust!

However, if I wake up Sunday to dry roads and some breaks in the clouds (and at least one of my bikes is in one piece) I might give Ephrata a visit.  Doesn't look like the weather will cooperate, though.

I hate to think I've become one of those riders that won't ride in the rain.  I'll still take my chances, but the past few years I've had a hard time getting motivated to ride when I know for a fact that I'm gonna be cold and wet.

In addition to Ephrata and Martin's events next Sunday, next Fri., Sat. & Sun. is the WWII Weekend in Reading -- awesome event for any history buff!  Last year they had a small parking area for bikes, too.   Thumbsup  Also on Sun. is the AMA hillclimb at White Rose in Jefferson, PA.

I plan on riding this Sunday - will stop by the meet in the morning.  I expect the turn-out to be HUGE.  80-degrees with abundant sunshine.

 Cool

I forgot about it being the first Sunday this weekend.  I'm working tomorrow (Friday) but was wondering if I should take a 2-day moto-camping trip Sat/Sun or do some electrical work on the bike Saturday (just wiring up my Sirius receiver and a relay/distribution block so I can add more stuff easily) and a day ride Sunday.  But then, where to ride Sunday?  Oh right,...Ephrata!!  I'll be there!  Look for the red VFR with full Givi luggage.
