If a member here is selling something, that's one thing, but for this Indian Company to show up and only post on their product is clearly spam.  Whatever, it's free site.  Don't bitch about banners if the Skip goes that way.

correct me if i'm wrong, but he didn't show up until 12 posts after the OP + answered
some questions that a lot of people had. I hardly call that spam.
Spam is unsolicited junk email contact, usually originated by the spammer.
I call Ghazi's posts RESPONSIVE.
I want to hear more about this product, as I'm sure do others.
There's very few suits on the market. If he can give us a reasonable alternative to expensive suits such as Rev'it, Stich, Spidi and give us something in between them
and Olympia and Fieldsheer for $250 bucks I'm all ears.

Sounds to me like it's more of an Indian company issue for you.
Take away everything in your existence made in India, China, Singapore or Japan and go sit in the middle
of a good ole' USA cornfield in your skivvies. Maybe not with them, either they're probably made in China.

It's a Pakistani company so this is a non-issue.
Pakistan is predominantly Muslim and so they do not allow spam.  Or any other pork products.

No.  I'm just curious what the cop haters do for a living.  We should explore our ignorance about their jobs by repeating stereotypes.

I wouldn't take it personally ("cop haters") - people on this board antagonize each other no matter what they do for a living

No kidding,  there was this one chick on STN,  she kept trying to sell Nil Wax or Nik Wax or something,  not sure what it was, maybe some kind of personal hair removal product.  But anyways, eventually she became a valuable member of this board.   I wonder what happened to her.  Last I heard she'd fallen in with some unsavory, (Probably hairless) characters.

When someone joins a forum and their only posts are about their products it is spam.  He should be paying some advertising fees.

No, he joined in order to answer questions about his product and provide that more information. I call that helpful.

Now, if he had joined and started a thread about his products then it could be considered spam.

Spd -- I am an indie consultant developing documentation and training deliverables for software and data communications devices.

I'm not a cop-hater by any means -- I have a great deal of respect for LEOs as a class of people, and for most that I've met as individuals.

I just find your posts tiring, sophomoric, narrow minded, and reflecting little original thought.

Which is different than being a cop hater.

To spell it out further for ya, if you applied similar logic to your posts, you would reveal yourself to be a hater of middle aged gray-haired guys who are not bitter, and who's arteries are set to harden before their minds.

I sense this is not the case.

I'm sorry you have such an intolerance for other opinions and thus feel the need to ridicule.

I should have been a little more clearer and not made it seem that I pointed you out as a hater.  It looked to me like that by your use of my job tittle.

I don't see what your above post contributed to your argument.

hello folks,

a few comments:

firstly, about being a Pakistani company. Our main offices are in USA, a lot of parts (such as knee sliders) come from China, the manufacturing is done in Pakistan and our products are going into several countries. So, even though we are a very small company, i do think we are a global company serving consumers in several motorcycling markets.

secondly, everybody is entitled to their own opinions. lets discuss the product on this particular thread. i am assuming that when anyone clicked to read this thread, it was to find out more about one piece suits and i think this thread was serving that purpose. So lets keep everything pleasant and discuss riding gear Bigsmile

Thanks for straightening me out, Ghazi.

I live about 4 miles from Aerostich.  That company was founded by a long distance motorcycle rider.  Since their suits are made in the United States the price is higher than your proposed price.  Could you tell us about the riding experience of your company leadership and what the average wage of your line worker is?

spd,

You seem to have empowered yourself as the moral web police on this thread. You have mentioned several times that Ghazi is spamming here and several upstanding members of st.n have provided responses that state otherwise. Please give it a rest and move on to another thread, we all understand you're a stitch fan so much that you have located your home close to their facility. Good on you!  Thumbsup Ghazi is doing us & the m/c community a favor by providing us the ability to ask intimate questions during the development stages of his product. Let the man speak and let the st.n community make their own mind up about this product without your intervention.

I'm sure Skipper will be happy to take a look at your resume regarding the open position for moral police here on st.n. Until your application is approved may I suggest you hunt down those pesky parents that sell their daughters Girl Scout cookies at their place of employment rather then their children earning the badge legit. Who knows, if you're nice to them they may even throw in a box of Samoas!  Bigok After eating the box be sure to take a fresh picture for your avatar to represent the new found weight!  Cool

"upstanding members of st.n"  Lol  Thanks, I needed that.

I wear a 'stich but have other brands, too.  I am no longer complaining about spam because others here accept it.  I am worried about losing manufacturing jobs to overseas competitors.

So what does this moral police position pay?  I could use a little extra income to help pay for bigger pants (due to the Samoas).  Bigok  I have made my point and now I'm moving on.  Sorry to offend.
