The cost will be an additional $60 bringing the total to $85 which is very reasonable considering the tarffis and custom paperwork involved.
I have shipped a lot internationally, USPS is best for the recipient, and normally has about the best price. The reason is as birdrunner notes, cheaper customs clearing. Plus fedex/ups, etc run everything through customs, where often regular mail doesn't get any customs charged. There shouldn't be any tariffs for sending international packages, and the only paper work is a customs form.

For most international destinations. USPS is the ONLY feasible option unless the customer wants to pay between $150-200 (per suit)...
Here is how we utilize various shipping services
US business/residential - fedex
us po box - usps
canada po box - usps
canada all other addresses - fedex
all other countries - usps
cheers

tariffs - meant import duties
customs paper work - still an additional step right?
anyway. imho our international shipping rates are very reasonable (the packages are quite heavy).

Packages I've had shipped to me via USPS Parcel Post have always ended up waiting for me at a post office, for pick up, unless I'm home. Like I said, Fedex is at least 50-60 dollars more.

Seriously, if you're already shipping USPS to a PO Box, I'd take the effort to ship USPS to residential locations as well. You'd be doing a lot of people a favor

i havenot personally observed any package damage with ups or fedex yet.. but then mileage can vary for us all.. i personally have had a pretty good experience with fedex.
additionally, usps priority for domestic packages is way overpriced... i would hate to make you folks spend so much on shipping. but if enough people ask for it, i can make it available as an option (for an additional charge).

I"m surprised that it would cost more. What birdrunner and others have said is what I found to be true: it's hard to beat USPS prices. But if you're quoting actual shipping costs and not just hiking up the price because you want to, then fair's fair. But I'd highly recommend having the various shipping methods clearly indicated for cost; let the customer decide up front how much he has to pay

priority mail is what we are talking about and that is higher for sure. the regular parcel post is worthless because it does not even offer tracking

I hate to be continuing the shipping discussion, but hey... there are no reviews to talk about.
As the seller and shipper, he has a preferred method, and probably for a good reason. Fedex and UPS ground are often the better value once the shipping weight is more than 3 pounds. When he says Fedex, I'm sure he means ground shipping. From Chicago, it's no more than 4 days to anywhere in the lower 48. Using a 15 pound example, 15x15x15, shipped from IL to OR. With Fedex ground it would cost about $15. USPS Priority would be about $40, and parcel post about $20. There are also other advantages to fedex, like real tracking, $100 insurance included, guaranteed delivery date. With USPS, you might get the item in 2-3 days, or 2-3 weeks, no insurance included, and delivery confirmation that they sometimes forget to scan.

i will be posting a whole bunch of (good) news very soon... but till then.. the folks at Outcast Cycles did a IBA run .... there is an entry about it here:
http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=458192
Though it does not have anything specific about the suit (that particular article will be posted soon as well), it does have some pictures of the mesh suit...

Good review. I'm tempted. I'm a gear whore. And very few *actual* pieces of gear are anywhere near as water proof as they claim. I'd like to really get some feedback on the vented suit in real-life weather.
