Same here. We moved last fall and I just finished the heated part, so I rolled the Bandit in there. I really want a lift table, but can't justify the & right now, so it might just be a plywood-and-2x4 model till finances permit. I need to do a bunch of work on her- brake stuff (fluid changes), valve check, suspension upgrades, etc.
I wanted to do some fun brake upgrades to the Tracker, but we'll see what happens.

Wasn't
absolutely
miserable cold today, so worked on bike in my 24 sq' of unheated garage space.
put swingarm spools on,
hooked up pigtail to power mini air compressor from battery,
assembled/installed wiring to power gps/ipod/phone ... it works!
routed volume control extension cord from gps to front of seat (easier to adjust volume, I hope),
mounted kanji stickers on bike
& most importantly
put ST.N stickers on helmet & bike
.
Now in need of
!

Did you remove the original G650F stickers and replace them with the Kanji? I'm trying to imagine where you'd put
more
stickers on that bike.
What do your Kanji characters mean?

I ran the Uly over a short curb at the bank just because I can, grinned like a mofo, came home and zip tied the keys to the HD in preparation for leaving it out in the driveway tomorrow. Bye bye HD. I liked it, but too much other stuff going on and not enough space to fix it back up. Oh I coulda fixed it, but I like the Deluxes better. Maybe someday I'll get another. American Family owns it now!

I worked from home today - so that zero-commute was nice.
Around 2:ish this afternoon, I needed some therapy, and that Speed Triple was calling out. I ran it over the Ortega and back. The world took on a much nicer hue after that.
Thinking about getting the Trophy out and making it tomorrow's commuter to downtown LA. My GL-1200 has a rear wheel bearing that is making less-than-subtle cues about it's expiration.

The new HID headlights and driving lights arrived for the Daytona. As soon as we get a day above 30*, they'll get installed. The new soft luggage looks good on the back too. If I could get a clear view of the bike in the garage, I'd post pics. The new GPS and RAM powered cradle got ordered this morning. A Nuvi 500, which is motorcycle friendly, waterproof and actually accepts routes! Got the powered cradle from Cyclegadgets.com. It's shaping up nicely for the upcoming riding season.

Rode it in today despite the voice of reason in my head telling me to take something with four wheels! Only one bridge had an ominous look of possible black ice, and go figure, it was a bridge with continuous curve and a LOT of camber. I made it, though, so I live to ride another day!

Yeah! the Givi rack arrived today. Looks like it's missing some bolts (I got it used...) and the support bar, but it may be that older versions didn't have that. At any rate, I'll see if I can't get the bolts at a hardware store...

Installed a Galfer brake line kit on the FJR.
Next up: service or replace the steering head bearings.
