I slapped the Givi top box on it.
Then I rode it.
Then lubed the kick stand.
Then replaced a missing screw in a trim piece that fell out. Italian Harley indeed.  Lol

I installed my Ram mounts. Reservoir mount for camera (haven't used it yet) and the stem mount for my Zumo. Went for a nice ride, a few hours, to try out the Zumo and Scala Q2 headset and enjoyed the 50 degree weather. Looks like Spring has sprung!!  Hail

Went outside to make sure I had the size on the rear tire correct, and ordered a new one.

Temps in the 50's  Bigok  Setup a burger run and went for it, about 2 hours of riding a good meal (ok not a burger but the prime rib was good). Another 1 of riding.  Then had to find a new washing machine cause the old flooded the room. Sad

Spring has sprung, looking to commute most of the week  Smile

Finished welding the Adventure Cat back together (or more aptly the exhaust pice that used to have a cat in it)
Got it all back together, tested with a decibel meter (gained 2 decibels at 3k RPM)
Gave it a good ride, much better throttle response, sounds the same Thumbsup

Came home and gave my oldest son a ride around the neighborhood, he likes the Adventure.

Put together an add on craigslist THE FJR IS OFFICIALLY ON THE BLOCK

after riding on really bad tires for around 100 miles today, I ordered new shoes for the VFR...  After debating between the Roadsmarts and the PR2s for 4 months the Dutch in me won out and I got the Dunlops, saving $20 in the process.  Friend of a friend has a tire changer and balancer in his garage so now I got free mount and balance too Smile  I'll pay him something for letting me use it, but I'll save a bundle over stealership.

Dood, I'm dealing with 6 cars and 4 bikes at the moment - can't keep the numbers all in my head.   Lol    Lol

I am learning that perhaps the saddest feeling in the world is having two motorcycles and realizing that there is 99.9% overlap between the two.

Took the snips and cut out all the wiring that I took to long installing for the heated grip liners that turned out to be cheap crap. Never even used them. My Oxford grips will be here tomorrow.

Of course I found out there craptasticness AFTER drilling and installing the now useless switch, now appropriately labeled. Lol
