Synced the carbs. Picked up a Morgan Carbtune last week and love it. Much much nicer than the old stick type balancer. It is also pretty compact, enough so that even in it's case it fits in the tool bax drawer. In addition to the carbs, this week I have also added a power outlet for the GPS.

I looked at the tarp in which it sits under at the back of my garage.
Roads here still contain the customary 3" of winter sand on the sidelines, and some roads are still rather wet due to the spring run off.
I do plan a little ride this week though.

It was a balmy 22 degrees when I rolled the Ninja out of the garage this morning. I'll put up with the cold, I get a better parking spot at work with the bike.

I've got to replace my back tire soon...
Otherwise, it's been hiding in the garage since Sunday night. Needed the cage at work this week.

Washed it (scooter has more nooks & crannies than a Thomas' English Muffin!) Added 3 psi of air to the rear tire (front was fine).

Been riding since the second week in Feb. Lowest Temp so far? 24 degrees. I've been out as low as 16 degrees. Without heated gear or a balaclava, I won't say I'd want to do it for more than two hours at a time, but the cold weather does make me feel alive... I seem to get the most enthusiastic biker waves when the temps are below freezing. My Kymco has two adjustable vents behind the leg shield that redirect the heated air from the radiator towards your legs. The vents look like the ones you find on a car's dash. Not sure how effective they are since I haven't ridden anything else in cold temps, but I guess it can't hurt.
