i ran the last 1/3 of the route today on my gasgas 200 - so far i've run the route on a te450, a gasgas 200, a montesa 314, and a yamaha xt225......there's less than 5% pavement..  (actually i think it's just 3 very short stretches of pavement (under 1 mile or so) and a few stretches of actual dirt road as transfers..it's a challenge making a trail that's not impossible for the bigger bikes, and not too easy for the mx bikes.....and making sure there's no 2 way traffic/crossing paths/etc.... but it is a fun ride for sure - some fast sections, some technical sections....  something for everyone...

anyone wanna ride after 5 pm this week?  (tues/wed/thursday...) i could use some help stapling directional arrows, gps'ing the mileage, and general input... etc..

I won't be able to this week.  But the DR will be ready, it sounds like a good time.

this weekend i'll be at reliability run ( http://www.geocities.com/ovbsa/ ) - i ran 2/3 of the route today - 31.1 miles at 19 miles an hour moving avg........ and i was cooking.   i could add some dirt roads/high speed roads to bring the average speed up, but that would be boring..
