Friday was a great day for riding and the Triumph Demo Truck was in town, not a lot of people lined up yet, and the staff was quite friendly.
Was able to ride the Tiger SE, Sprint, and Street Triple SE.
Guided ride was about 20 mins long and was mostly 2 lane curvy roads, was able to open the bikes up for a short stretch and also see how they handled.

1st thing  - the Street Triple was awesome - best handling bike that I have ever ridden, great power, and the exhaust note was pure lust to my ears.
The riding position was great for such a small bike ( I am 6' 235lbs ), would be a great bike for everyday riding - never thought I would be saying that about a middleweight bike again.

2nd ride - Tiger 1050 - great bike with an awesome riding position, the engine felt great, but the transmission was notchy into 1st and 2nd but it was probably due the the bike only having 1300 miles.
It is definitely on my list for bike purchase next year.

3rd ride - Sprint 1050 - great bike all around, power felt better than the Tiger, but the Tiger handled better I felt.
Would make a great bike for sport touring and everyday if it wasn't as large a presence as the GPZ that I have now.

Interesting reviews!  I've never heard anyone say that the Tiger handles better than the Sprint!  It must be the wide bars on the Tiger!   Bigsmile

Do you mean the Street Triple R model instead of SE?  They have a Speed Triple SE, but I have not heard of a Street Triple 675 SE.

Glad you enjoyed the rides, come on over to Triumph the kool-aid is pretty good.   Bigok

My mistake - must have been the R model.
After what I have learned from the BMW board - I know not to drink any koolaid from the dealers.
