Reading is a fairly large town with a good university. It's pretty close to London. However, it is not the most inspirational place to live-it does have all the usual large town stuff, though-decent shops, restaurants, cinema, theatre.
Loads of good roads in the area and Reading is well placed to get to other parts of the UK. I'd be more than happy to show you some of them.
