07 Sprint ST -- 6Ft Tall Passenger
«

So, I am looking at getting a new Sprint ST, and wanted to know how the passenger experience is.. My daughter (who will ride with me a bit on the weekends), is currently 5'4" and is going to get much taller
in the next few years. I am giving up my current bike because she can no longer sit on back more than 15minutes before her foot falls asleep. So, thoughts?

The 07 is different from the 06 as far as seat height, its lower. She might like it. But the Sprint is not the best for two up riding. And you have a Sportster? I think its a big inprovement.

Yup, Im sportster bound until I can sell it. Nice bike, and a cheap way to learn bout those harley people, but not my style. I've already smacked the friend that recommended it to me.
As for 2-up, i know the bigger bikes would be more comfortable, but most of my riding will be solo.. and considering she weighs 90 lbs soaking wet, its not a challenge. I just need a bit more leg room for her for the times that we do ride together, and I havent met a Triumph I haven't liked (did a test ride on the new tiger today)

I don't know if a lower or higher seat hieght is what you are looking for? BUT, I have a friend who has an 05 that he would most likely make you a killer deal on! He bought a Hardley, Harley (SLIP). It is blue and really nice shape with the British tag relocator.
Check it out at
Click the inventory tab
I know it has $8400 but I would guess he would take at least $500 less, and I think he might have some Cortech softbags. Just try'n to help out, sorry if pushy.

Then the 07 Sprint is a perfect bike then but I don't know about pillion leg room, I haven't had a passenger on the Sprint yet and for that anyways, I use the ST1300.

I'd guess the St is ok for her now. So long as she won't be standing on the pegs perhaps you could lower the pillion pegs when the situation warrants. I've never done it but run across threads on other forums of people who have lowered pillion pegs on a variety of bikes.
