Google translate is your friend:
Engines Moto Guzzi is known to have made the history of motorcycling. The V-cutting has been acclaimed in the sixties and seventies, when it was still a new and valuable, so much to inspire even the Japanese, at the end of 70 years, construction of twin-cylinder engine capacity of media (who you remember the Honda CX ?).
Starting from the base V-90 was also the W103, also known as V-engine with triple or schedule a "W" dated 1981-82, Lino Tonti (engineer and historic piece of history Moto Guzzi) proposed the W cylinder with central and two lateral, with angles of 65 ° between them and 992cc of displacement. Each head was equipped with a carburetor from 30mm Dell'Orto.

A copy is in the Moto Guzzi Museum in Mandello, a must see for any hardcore bike enthusiast
They also have a Guzzi inline 6
The Benelli inline 6 was made in Mandello when DeTomasso owned both companies, so there may be some connection between the 2.

Not quite:
"Many of you remember the Feuling W3 engines produced by Jim Feuling, a few of which still survive and occasionally find their way into custom builds of one sort or another, but how many of you have heard of the Anzani built before 1910? The Anzani 3 cylinder used the same W3 configuration as Feuling and powered the Motos de stayer (cycle pacing machine) and a racing motorcycle"
