An Enfield that I saw in Montana, back in 1978.  Clearly, that's not an Enfield engine--"Conventry Climax" sounds better than "Hillman", but I don't know any further details.  The bike was worked hard.

Makes me wonder of where that machine is today .At a couple points in time it was someone's pride and joy . Initial new purchase then the reincarnation .
