So I have the oppurtunity to get my C14 and my wife's Bandit 1200 S hauled out to Albuquerque, or all the way to Tuson.  I have two guys that works with me in Michigan that are driving out to Tuson to pick up a 5th wheel.  They are cool with me throwing my bikes in the bed of one ton dulley.  The preliminary plan is to haul the bikes out there, and ride in the truck on the way out and then have the wife fly out and meet me.  The guys I work with will be pressed for time, so I just plan on having them drop me and the bikes off somewhre and they will continue on.

So here is the problem.  I have no idea where they should drop me and the bikes off that my wife's bike would be ok to sit untill she arrived at the airport.  Or if there is someone that could meet me and ride my wife's bike to place that would be ok to wait until she arrives.  This is short notice, but hey when an oppurtunity to get your bikes out west for free comes along, you got to try and make it work.  I would just take my bike, but I have been on four multi day rides out of state in the last three months, and well she is a rider and she is tired of staying home with the kids.  So any advice?  The date would be the Wednesday after Labor Day.

I really want to get out and ride the south west, maybe next year.  Back to looking at ride reports. Sad

Bummer.  I was going to look at the calendar and see if we'd be home.

For the future, in a pinch, there's a good airport parking place right at the airport and by the interstate exit ramp.  Might be possible, if one of us can't help locally, to drop the bikes there and pay for a day or two or so of parking.  I park my bike there when I fly someplace.  For an extra bit per day, they have parking under an open roof.
