Just checking if anybody has any experience with Enduro Engineering or KTM high saddles for my KTM. Soft, firm or normal foam?
Still haven't had a chance to ride it yet but I know it needs a much taller saddle. Previous owner cut the stock saddle down and re-upholstered. He is around 5'6" and I'm 6'4".
Maybe I should just look for someone in town to re-modify the original seat for me.

I'm 6-3 and have tall EE seats on my 400XCW and 525EXC.   The seat on the 400 has stood up to a lot of abuse in the woods.    I like the EE seats and would recommend a tall seat of some type with your height.   I got the harder foam because I don't seem to have problems with it (you're standing most of the time anyway, right?) and because the hard foam makes the tall seat taller.

Thanks for the quality assurance on the EE saddle. I assumed the harder foam would be a better choice for the height consideration (compression). The KTM tall saddle is about $40.00 cheaper and was worried about quality. Is the EE that much better? Off road, I'm off the saddle most of the time. I'm considering adding a light kit to make it street legal (already has a license plate) so comfort is also important when I can't stand.

I'm not happy until you're not happy.

My buddy has the EE tall seat on his 300XCW-E and it's nice. He's 6-04 and really likes it. I, on the other hand, can barely even see over it.  Lol
