It looks like Scott should have never switched from the HD.

I know he crashed the ST in the IBR and was out with serious injuries - looks like he had to cancelthe VOID also.

I hope he is ok - anyone know how he is doing?

Last time he posted on the Yahoo group, he was hoping to be on his way home the last day of Sept.  Hopefully we'll hear more good news soon.

Expanding on Chaz...

The most serious injuries were a broken pelvis and two punctured lungs. The lungs were why they kept him in Vegas for so long. He's up, more or less, and in PT, but he's still supposed to keep weight off one leg for another 3-4 weeks.

I heard the crash was caused by a tire puncture, but I'm not really sure.

 Sad

Scott gave us another update on the Void group this morning.......

Quote
I arrived home in Virginia Friday morning at 0200 after a non-stop flight from Las Vegas. It is now 0740 Saturday morning and it is good to be home.

I have been allowed to place weight on my right leg since Sept 24 and continue to master mobility through use of a walker. I am not comfortable with crutches yet.

As a result of the work done in the rehabilitation hospital I am getting around the house comfortably, but far from quickly. Everything takes time during the rehab process.

This is my last "mass" public post. Thanks again for the e-mails during my hospital stay, the cards, prayers, well wishes and occassional pearls of wisdom during this challenging time for me and my family are appreciated.

Scott La Shier

Best wishes for a full recovery, Scott!
