Dual Sport riding concepts book/DVD???

So the thread on riding alone got me thinking, I should probably have some concepts/skills to work on as I venture off the pavement... I really liked Twist of the Wrist and Total Control for street/track concepts, are there any dual sport technique books like them... I've found a few DVD's on the interweb, but thought I'd ask here to see if there is a preferred reference source...
