This has got to be the most beautiful sportbike of 2010, especially in black and white R spec.  Check out the stainless steel muffler.  What makes this bike so stunning is the way the lines of the bike sweep back and up, making it look real sleek.  In addition, everything is in proportion.  I gotta hand it to Aprilia, they did a great job on this one.  It is a huge improvement over the RSV2, which had looks only a Tarantula spider could love!   Lol

Check out the profile view.  Wow!

That's it!

It's off my list!   Twofinger

Still beautiful everywhere else.  One thing about Italians, they are capable of blending function and form together.  Must be all those Capuccino breaks.

Daytona 675 still looks better.

It's the only comment I could make and I needed to get at least one post in the Aprilia forum.

Rumor has it that's coming soon.

I wouldn't be so quick to buy a Multistrada. Wink

The V4 Tuono will be offered with factory luggage, decent passenger accomodations and electrically adjustable suspension?

Absolutely not. It's a hooligan bike not a VFR clone.

That's not even a remotely clever troll. Headscratch
*Most* motorcycles don't have that shit.
I wonder what Ducati charges for the battery on that "Electrically" adjustable suspension? Lol  Dope.

So then how could you say better hold off on the Multistrada when they are not the same type of bike?

Ae you filling in for James?
How would a naked RSV be a different bike than a Multistrada? Headscratch  I mean, do we really have to go through this?
You really can't see see how similar they are or how similar their intended market is?  Dope.

No.  One can handle factory designed hard luggage, has easily electrically adjustable suspension that can instantly accomodate passenger and luggage changes (as well as 'terrain' changes), has a relatively comfy passenger seat.  Designed for 2 -up sport riding/touring.
The other is the Tuono.

Dope

Tuono= Streetfighter.  Not Multistrada

I'm not talking about the Tuono dope.  The Tuono has a vtwin engine; the RSV has a V4 and is replacing the Tuono.  At least that's the rumor.

Be sure to tell anyone who buys a Multi it's not a streetfighter, it's a two-up touring machine. Rolleyes
You live by the magazine labels, huh? Lol

The Multistrada is not a dual purpose bike, btw.  It was never, ever intended by Ducati to go offroad.  It's stupid to discuss the pros and cons of a bike that hasn't been released yet (Tuono replacement).
And since you live by magazine descriptions, i'll bet you $700 the mags will immediately do a "Shootout" between the Multi and the Naked RSV (Assuming the RSV comes out).  Dope.
