Ironically, the TL is just about the size of a coffin.

One of the reasons I'm toying with the idea of getting a TL1000R when I get home is that its about the last "sportbike" made for a full sized Caucasian male. Pretty much everything after that in its own class (Ducs, RC-51, etc) and anything besides ST bikes have gotten smaller and smaller to where they look and feel like mini-bikes to me.

My 2000 Aprilia Mille is for 6 footers.

I dunno about the newer Milles.

Thats progress I guess....

At 5'9" (average white male) I found the RSV4 small...but good.

Dood pulls up alongside me today on a RSV4 with the Ohlins bits (the Factory model?).

Hot damn is that bike gorgeous.  And it sounded killer too (stock pipe).
Me want.

It's a little-known fact that RSV actually stands for Really Speedy Vespa.

and the 4 at the end really refers to the fact that you need 4 RSVs to even be close to keeping up with the Vespa

Have I not said several times that my impression was based on sitting on it?
