On-site, one-price-fits-all is really the way to go  Thumbsup  If its good food and reasonable, I'd say go for it!

Doug, Brier Inn has a catering service which is extremely reasonable for a buffet style meal. They also have decent banquet space.

FYI if not already aware.

Thanks.  I have discussed getting their banquet room all to ourselves Tuesday evening.  I'm waiting to get a good head count and plan on calling them by the end of March to get a quote.   Bigok

Paging Jeff.  Jeff, you're needed at the white courtesy phone.

 Bigsmile

OK, I just got the PM and see that Peter is doing the shirts. I thought Peter kinda disappeared, but since he hasn't, I'll not offer to do them.

I would however be happy to supply Peter with print ready artwork. I can take the existing design, add the logo, etc. Sending a JPG isn't the best file format for shirt printing.

Jeff

EDIT: I see that Peter already cleaned up the art. Duh - this is what I get for looking at this post at 1:30 am. I'll make sure the logo is good to go for print and send to Peter/Doug/Whoever.

Posted up here for review are four different versions of the shirt.

We can do some hoodies as well of long sleeve shirts - I just need to hear some feedback on who wants what and how likely are you to actually order something.

Take a look at these comps and tell me what's what. I have not done this on athletic grey simply because I've run out of time this morning.

Straight old white tee

Same white tee but with an orange sign color

Now for the same two options on black tees.

Looks great, and personally I like the more orangey color.

And I'm always down for some hoodies. I wear hoodies all autumn and winter unless it's wicked cold then I wear a real coat. I think there were about 10 days this Winter that happened.  Lol

Got 'em.

Will work on a gray shirt and post it this weekend. Perhaps some hoodies or crewnecks too.

Other ideas?

Peter, Like the yellow sign better, but not enough to worry about it. Me I favor gray or black.I am buying a T shirt and would be intrested in a sweatshirt (not a hoodie) if that were made.
Everyone else how about posting what you might order (number ,type of shirt)so he can get a tentative count , help the brother out. Wink

Good plan.

1 grey t-shirt.
1 hoodie/sweat if made available. Prefer grey or blue.

I like the yellow sign on the back, I would go for a grey or black t-shirt (2 t-shirts total)  and I would also get a long sleeve in grey or black (1 total) if offered in my size XXXL.
