I've had to cancel my reservation at the Super 8 due to a sudden change of plans.  For the second consecutive year, instead of the WCRM, I'll be riding to Salt Lake City (the week after).  I got an offer yesterday that is just too good to pass up.

We will miss ya Jon, and have fun.

I'll work on a countdown timer. Smile

Is anyone else thinking of camping?  Or, if anyone is already splitting a room with someone, would you be willing to give me a spot on the floor for cheap?   Bigsmile

Most excellent!   Bigok  Thanks, Opus.

Got no help with a room though.  Flips21 and I are staying up the road in Arcata.

Still trying to figure out how I can get there,  but if I do, camping is on the agenda.  Lots more fun IMHO.

Thanks, Damon.  I'm still trying to figure out if I want to camp or not.  I either want to camp or crash on the floor of someone else's room.  Basically, I don't want to pay a full half of a room.   Lol

I wonder if I could get a hiker/biker camping rate at Riverwalk?  hehe

I have a room with Double Queen Beds at the Uber-8.  I would be willing to split with someone, and Opus I am sure there would be enough room u too.

Oh.. my wife says I Snore, but I have never heard it?   Lol Lol, so bring your ear plugs. Twofinger

I'm definitely coming.  You can't keep me away from Ukiah Eureka Fortuna!  I still need a roomie at the Super8.  And I was planning on doing the lost coast last year, but couldn't... so this year for sure.

Keep me informed on whether you get someone else and if they'd be willing to let an opus sleep on the floor.

I always bring ear plugs.   Lol

I'l be there. I've got a dbl queen at the super 8 (though would prefer a female roomie Razz). I would camp but have to go to vegas after fortuna & don't want to haul the extra gear, as I won't be camping in sin city.

While he's had a great run, Chili needs to move on. I enjoy his company. But I ain't kiddin' woman, he's got to ramble.. ramble on!

Who is anywhere near Kern County who can get Chili on the road? He needs to make it to WCRM this year. I'm not SURE I'll make it, so I want to pass him off to whoever is pretty sure to get him there. Robert? Anybody? He's feeling awfully neglected!

I might make a run out to the coast this weekend if weather isn't awful, and I'd be happy to detour for a meet-and-swap!

I can't do it this year- Uncle Sam says I have to go blow some stuff up. I will be in Susanville by Friday the 21st, though. Anybody...?

Susanville? That's my neck of the woods.

Let's scheme to get Chili to the WCRM.
