Me, Flips21, KurtW, and hopefully XLR8 will be blasting in Friday night.   Bigok

Gil, can you arrange for it to be dry?  Or at least not pitching it down.  Little mist would be OK.   Bigsmile

We've had the WCRM's here enough time that you guys all know the drill...at this time of year somewhere in your journeys, maybe on the road, maybe here in Humboldt, you are probably going to get damp.   Shrug

Hey, it's the northern California coast in the spring...I will do what I can just because it's you guys however.

Room booked at the Stupor, er, Super 8. Will try to bring some central valley heat but it probably won't co-operate as I don't usually speak well of it.

Now to plan a route.  Headscratch

Starting in Santa Rosa, north to Ashland and then southwest to Fortuna.  It's a 400 mile detour that I am looking forward to. Bigsmile

This is my first chance on any of these roads, so I will let Mr. Smooth, XLR8 and KurtW decide and simply enjoy the ride. Cool

Welcome Jimbo!  And nice to be helpful with a first post.   Thumbsup

The Blue Lake casino is almost 40 miles from where we get together at ground zero in Fortuna.  A do-able ride but kind of a pain in arse in the dark (and often cold) Humboldt Country evening after partying with your fellow ST.Netters till the wee hours.  On the good side it is located on the western end of Hwy 299 an excellent motorcycling road.  The Eureka KOA is a little over 20 miles from party central but why bother when there is a lovely campground (with wi-fi) within staggering distance of the Brewery in Fortuna.  Shrug

BTW has anyone contacted the Eel River Brewery to reserve our usual outdoor area yet?  We need to get on it...I can handle it if it hasn't been done.

I think you've nominated yourself to take care of the arrangements.  Thumbsup  The Eel River serving wenches will be glad to see you again.

Remember we need the outdoor area for Friday and Saturday.
