Home Safe.  Bigok

Highlights

- Flip is alive!

Amen to that.  Alive is good.
Quote

- The shirts are so great. Thanks again opus.

And they add another layer of warmth!

- This time I got to ride 36 & 3 and it was even dry.

One of these years, I'll experience this elusive "Dry 36" of which you speak
Quote

- Watching MisterSmooth manhandle a bagger. The ST.N handle fits.  Hail

Yeah, even his lane changes are a work of art.
Quote

- Major 662's humor. Dude, you are funny.

I had a whole string of jokes ready to try on Johnny Law, but never got the chance...
Quote

- I got to see 1/4 of an orange k1300S.   Headscratch

Yeah, he wasn't gonna take the cover off for anyone, was he?  I shoulda grabbed a bedsheet from the room to cover mine too.

Glad you're home safe and thanks for leading the way on the ride to Ashland.  Thumbsup

I met that guy (Tony is his name) on Sunday morning in the parking lot of the motel as I was leaving Fortuna.  I took off alone but then bumped into him out on the road a couple of hours later and rode with him for a few miles.  Nice guy he was.  He is from Southern Cal but he was not with all those other BMW guys from SoCal.  What a gorgeous bike and that burnt orange metallic color was beautiful in the sun!

i ran into all of the socal GS guys in Garberville where I stopped for much needed espresso.

Suggestion for WCRM VIII location :: HOPLAND. It looks charming. There is a brewery and a few hotels.

positioned for some good loops.
