  In 2008 my nearly new EXO700 Scorpion helmet started to de-laminate in a strange way on the left side of the chin bar. It was like some thumb sized pieces started to just pop off from it. I called them, then sent the helmet back to Cali. In 3 wks. I had a brand new one sent back to me in MI. It was even supplied with a new dark shield like I sent it! Even a bigger surprise was a hand written note of apology for CAUSING ME INCONVENIENCE! Great service... We now have 3 Scorpion helmets on our shelves in various forms. I haven't seen cust serv like this since the 60s.

Good to hear.  I have an EXO 400 that I am very happy with.  It's good to know that hte company backs up it's products.

+1 My husband has a neon yellow one that started fading after our recent ride out west. Once again, sent the helmet in,got a new one back, no questions asked. Also, if you were to call, you'd get to talk with a person who actually is familiar with the product. A rarity these days. We only have Scorpion street helmets in our garage.
