Moderators: Can Missouri secede from Region 4?

I brought up rearranging the regions by major riding destinations (e.g., Ozarks, Smokies, Rockies, Texas Hill Country) rather than states in the 'What is your region' poll but it didn't generate any discussion.

Texas is a good example of the problem with arranging regions by states rather than destinations: within Texas you have excellent riding in the Hill Country and Big Bend but Dallas and Houston riders come up to the Ozarks while I bet those in the panhandle go to the Rockies of New Mexico.

You're right. We should get rid of the state system, and go off one based on the qualities of the local Sweet Tea.

Nope, only Texas was it's own autonomous sovereign country.
