It took me a moment to figure out that meant Home Depot.

For a minute I thought you were going daffy.

According to the weather folks up here in Massachusetts, they say that with the cold blocking pattern in place right now, usually it amounts to a large storm, or holds the storm off enough, where it will head out into the ocean. They are thinking its going to go out to sea.

Being a meteorologist isn't that hard afterall.......just read another meteorologists notes, and use them!  Lol

Now there is a winter storm warning for this part of PA - 7 to 10 inches.  Phew, at least it's not 24 inches.

Update from Foot's:

Quote
UPDATE # 3  Team analyses Wednesday evening has resulted in two revised scenarios for the Mid-Atlantic. Based on projected track of the low pressure, we expect Scenario B as the most likely outcome. Forecaster Ryan has a snowfall map projection in the Winter Stormcast Zone. Snow ratios: We believe starting at 15:1 Friday; ending 12:1 Saturday.

SCENARIO A: SOME MIXING Snow and rain mixed arrives mid-morning Friday in southwest Virginia, and by noon along the I-95 corridor, significantly impacting the evening commute. By Saturday afternoon, a widespread 12-18" of snow from Washington, DC to Trenton, NJ. By Saturday evening 8-12" in New York City and 4-8" in Boston, ending by Sunday morning. Some mixing may occur along I-95. Areas of the eastern shore and Virginia tidewater see up to 8"

SCENARIO B : ALL SNOW Snow arrives no later than Friday 12 noon across the region, creating a treacherous evening commute. Snow is heavy overnight into Saturday afternoon, with sleet mixing in across lower southern Maryland and the eastern shore. By Saturday evening, snow amounts range 18-26" across the I-95 corridor of Baltimore-Washington, southeast Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey. Isolated higher amounts are possible 30-60 miles west of I-95 from northern Virginia through Carroll/Baltimore Counties into southern York, Lancaster and Chester.

If the cable goes out, I predict outbreaks of cannibalism.
