Do NOT miss the animated shorts in the bonus features for UP.  I haven't laughed so hard in a long time.  I was sore.  The little cloud short was just awesome.

I will.  Thanks for the heads-up!

Hopefully Dantes Dame in NNJ gets a good wallop!  Lol

The walloping has begun!!!!   EEK!

Work made it a half day, kicking us all out at noon. So now I'm home, waiting for Dan to call for his ride home (his silly "sports car" doesn't do well in this stuff  Razz ) The flakes are thick and FAT. My god, I think one of them alone is the size of a quarter. I shoveled a bit of the walk, but by the time I got to the neighbor's house, the sidewalk was already white again behind me. Oh well.

I live on the cusp of "heavy snow" and "immobilizing", so not sure what we'll end up with by end of day Friday. Maybe I should go take pictures of the pretty snow  Lol

The warm temps dominated what could have been quite a significant accumulation today.

Just as well, I'm tired of snow and the shoveling that goes along with it. Not a day below freezing in sight so this will all be gone soon.

From what I understood, that was the first half of the storm.  2nd half will bring the cold air, wind and snow which is what we are seeing now.

Got up at 4:45 this morning as usual.   All I could hear was the wind and snow pelting the window.   Figured I'd go out and start the car before I jumped in the shower to try and melt off some of the ice I was sure would be on it.

Snow is drifted halfway up the doors.   Came back in, put a pot of coffee on and will be working from home  Bigsmile   Plus I didn't relish the thought of a 45 mile commute involving an SUV, high winds, and blowing snow  EEK!

I went to bed while it was just starting to blow, so I missed all of that. Woke up to the sounds of snowblowers clearing out our driveway (we have awesome neighbors!  Inlove ) but haven't poked my head outside yet. The snow is still coming down though, in big swirling flakes. And it looks like quite a bit fell last night, too.

Ahhhh  Smile

sure will. it's bigger than it looks in the photo. lotsa room. there's a mint 1999 Honda 250 nighthawk hiding in there too with Connie.
I could fit a Wing in that shed, no problem.
