New 2008 Connie 14 pricing

My local dealer has a 2008 brand new C-14 (non abs model) for 11,470.14 drive out price. He says that is his bear bones brother in law pricing... haha.
Does this sound like a good price for that bike?
It certainly is below the list price.
Ideas?

Check Ebay. New '09 w/ABS under $10k. Two are local dealers, have them sitting on the floor. Damn tempting.

My local dealer has this ABS http://fortcollins.craigslist.org/mcy/1573561525.html Test drove a few days ago but couldn't come anywhere close on my trade. Couple of my current bikes for sale now so if the timing works out still might be a player. A pretty good deal for anyone ready to buy and, ulnlike many of those ebay dealers, no additional "dealer prep" hidden charges. If anybody gets serious about this I might be able to help with transportation from the Denver airport to the dealer (about an hour drive) as I make the commute regularly.
