His view is becoming more of a popular view amoung the masses? I for one would like like an Ultra Classic for my wife to tour on over the Goldwing.  Inlove

I moved - they haven't found me yet.

I actually miss it - sure the guy is 100% douche - but I found many of the articles amusing.

I recall the Connie or ZX14 doing a Euro Cannonball run that was a fun read.

I wouldn't pay for it - but If you don't like it toss it and let it go.

Why all the hate?

The day in the year that Motorcyclist magazine with Honda's "Bitch" Bohem at the helm, voted the new VFR 800 as MOTY over the new R1, was the same day I stopped reading it. (1998 IIRC)

Boehm's wife at that time worked for Honda USA...

It was the model before the Vtec that they voted bike of the year.  Isn't that the Gen 5?

Enormous.

 I agree, but DeadHorse
Maybe the owner of the mag will realize how much he toots his own horn and get a class act to run it. Like Hoyer @Cycle World. The quality has gone up with that one.

..the optimistic speedo reads to 180mph - really?

The photo of said speedo is right above the caption.  In the photo one can clearly see that it reads to 120mph.
What a douche.
