No, it's not exactly a Givi. But, have you have ever wanted a small box on the back of your bike or tools or ... ? I bought this box for a 6 week trip a number of years ago. It's an electrical enclosure box.  I found that plastic electrical control enclosures were really tough, had a waterproof seal, were cheap, and came in many sizes. You can also buy them at your local electrical supply contractor. Easy to paint too.
