Well, bi-regional, that is.

We have the house in Ensenada, and California, those are both covered in Region 1.

Now we've bought a Condo at the Landmark (Central/Camelback).

My wife and I lived in Scottsdale for about 10 years (until late 02) and are excited to have a footprint back in the Grand Canyon State.

I may buy a cheap bike to keep in the parking garage at the Landmark - don't know yet.

Agreed - that, AJs, the nearby Jazz club and light-rail access to the place are some of the big deciding factors for us to get a place there.   ($cheep$).

Maybe Tri-curious?  The homes are in three different timezones and states.  (Yes, Ensenada is "kinda" the same as CA in timezone, but they switch to DST on the old schedule that the US followed until lately.  Makes it confusing.)

We're all broke.  Just some of us are broke at different levels than others.  How's that for an explanation?

I have to say....

We've been "moving in" to our getaway home here at the Landmark - and this place is pretty awesome!

We bought our condo for (*gasp*) an unbelievably low price, and it's pretty cool here.

If you're currently renting in the Phx area - you shouldn't be.   Bigsmile  You oughtta buy something in this price range and forget rent.

So far we've had, new paint, new carpet, etc etc, and the first furniture went in this weekend.

We'll do something after it's all put together.

It feels good to be back, and have a footprint in the Valley again.
