I don't know how you could even consider a 990 Superduke when you clearly should know about a KLR650.

FWIW, based on my good buddy's experience the Superduke costs a lot more to own than buy.  He hasn't been able to ride his for at least a month.  Fuel tank was leaking fuel, looks like the water pump needs rebuilding, and they can't figure out why it keeps stalling after replacement of the tank.  On the up side, KTM NA has been awesome:  they totally support their products and owners. This could be a one off lemon, but it seems like the KTMs have their issues.

Sounds like a good deal to me.  If you're patient you could probably find one cheaper but who wants to wait when you can ride it now?!  I got mine on Ebay as an impound.  It was much cheaper...
There have been some issues that I've been able to fix myself although the delivery time of parts can be slow.  But riding the bike is phenomenal and worth the mechanical headaches.

UPDATE:

I convinced the stealership to let me take a superduke out for a spin this weekend  Inlove I loved every minute of it.

After putting on about 600 miles this weekend on the sprint I'm not really feeling the need to buy a second bike anymore. I like the duke, but that triple in the sprint is keeping me more than happy with my TRIUMPH  Cool
