The last time I was on US-12 a mile east of Lowell, ID the
Winding Road Next 77 Miles road sign was missing. That
was back in August 2008.

Does anyone know whether it's back up yet? Planning to
head out there in June.

It's been moved 22 miles closer to Lewiston, now just east of the turn off to Kooskia.

We took these pics on the way home from the national last year.

greench440... That's an amazing ability you have to hover like that...  Lol

I'm hoping that it's relatively passable for the 19th Bun Cooler on the 21st. It was a royal PITA this summer with all the construction.

Oct 2009, the sign was not back.   Think it's permanently gone.

Road was smooth, no construction 'speed bumps.'
