Hey Doug, any talk of late-comers, mind-changers, late entrants, etc.?

Maybe you and I could chip in to spring for 2-3 extra dinners and if people show up or bring extras along, we could get reimbursed?

Just kinda thinking out loud here.

As generous as that thought is, I believe the hotel has been very accommodating for those entries I have submitted past their deadline.  Plus, we're so close to the date right now that if someone hasn't committed, I doubt they'll be there anyhow.

Bad news,
France snapped her achilles tendon and in doing so, zapped our vacation plans.

The good news is,
You now have your 2 prepaid extra meals for any latecomer...enjoy!

That is very bad news indeed.  

I hope France heals up soon.  If someone wants your meal tickets, I'll sell them and send you the money.

Thanks for the offer Doug, but I would prefer that you take that money to have a drink or two and to raise a toast to all STN members that couldn't attent the National for a reason or another.

Anyway, as organizers you deserve it for all the hard work setting it up such an event.

Hello to all latecomers.  If you have not paid for a meal yet,  I have six meal cancellations between three members who will not be able to make it.  Since the meals are already paid for, if you send me the needed money to purchase their seat at the dinner, I can get these guys refunded.

The cut off for dinner tickets is now.  I have updated the list on the first page of all payees in alphabetical order.

All final payments and refunds have been made and the hotel has the final number of 41 meals.  

I'll see you in Lewisburg, I roll out first thing tomorrow morning.
