It's great for alleviating hip pain by lightening your wallet.  Works as good as any other snake oil.  Thumbsup

FDA has found no benefit.  Kind of like all the other crap on right wing radio like Ginko Biloba, Garlique, Saw Palmetto.....

FDA approves drugs every day that destroy your body,,,so look to your source before you discredit alternatives to 'standard' medicine.

I have two grandparents (rephrase, had) that where killed by the wrong medications, taken in 'safe' doses.  Dispite being in the weightlifting/sports world my whole life, I have yet to see someone die from alternative supplements.

I have been an avid powerlifter for nearly 16 years now.  I have competed in traditional powerlifting meets as well as North American Strongman competitions.  I have gone through two knee surgeries, and one elbow surgery.  I also have battled mild to severe pain in my right shoulder nearly my whole lifting career.  Needless to say, lifting those kinds of weights is HARD on your joints and connective tissue.  My last surgery was a distal biceps tendon re-attachment.  I tore the tendon from the bone during a dead-lift at my last meet in January.  A couple days after that meet I started taking Animal Flex...its the most complete joint supplement on the market that I could find.  I have never been so pain free in my joints in my entire life.  I am doing some lifts I have not been able to do in years due to pain...now totally pain free, and without Ibu.  Its just over $0.50 a day if you find a good sale.

YES, for me they work AWESOME!!!!
